This website was published 2/23/2023. Over the past 20 years I've been involved in a handful of civil claims and I've tried to pursue or file a dozen or so others with poor results. The problem typically stems from the fact ath most civil attorneys steer towards insurance work with a guaranteed payor on a win OR they steer towards the defensive side of civil claims because the offensive side is often riddled with problems related to economic futilities. Especially when the defensive side engages a full powered Legal Gypsy. They make litigation life unbearable and in fact they've removed the fun from the legal game entirely.   

What we are really missing are our Courts of Equity.  By diminishing those to Small Claims courts nation wide, they have thrust equitable disputes into Courts of Law which were NOT designed for such a task. 

Short of changing up the entire legal system, which is due for many reasons, with complexity and time to resolution being two massive problems,  this website is where Legal Claim Opportunities will be posted to attempt to find Attorneys who feel they might be able to take on Plaintiff's for complaints.
