Below you will find postings for opportunities for legal claims. I'm tired of reaching out to Attorneys one at a time who tell me "you seem to have a claim but let me give you someone else to call". The fact of the matter is that most Civil Attorneys do NOT want to be on the Plaintiff side of Civil Disagreements if there is not a insurer on the other side because our system doesn't work for those. But boy to you all love to protect defendants. That's good money with low risk. The Problem? It's all slid out of control now. See about page for more on that opinion and hopefully some folks are willing to forgo $400 to 800/hour rates to try to do some good work that needs to be done.

1) Monterey County, California - Seeking Attorney(s) for Antitrust/Consumer Protection Claim against CAR (California Association of Realtors) and All Brokers who used their "affected" Contracts in California. Other parties including NAR, the State of California and/or the CA Department of Real Estate may or may not be relevant. Expected Target Damages would be $100,000 M's to $1B or more

2) Monterey County, California - Seeking Attorney(s) for Broker Fraud, Fiduciary Duty Failures, Agent Disclosure Fraud, Seller Disclosure Fraud , False Advertising. Primary liable Targets are Selling Broker and Buyer Broker (aka Seller Sub Agent) Optimistic Damages would be $250,000 in damages and $1M to 1.5M in punitive damages if this went to court. That is being based on a 2022 case for Broker Fraud in Southern CA. Interested in Settlement Agreement. If someone wants to take it to court, it would be contingency only.
